Best shared with an eating-out companion, enjoy the bliss of having mixed fresh vegetables, tangy yet tantalizingly delicious meatballs in rich tomato paste, and the ever-famous Mille Crepe at Food Foundry. Thumbs up from my sister for this vanilla-flavored Mille Crepe.
