A chunk of tender, succulent, and flavorful lamb shank on a bed of creamy mashed potatoes, long beans, cauliflowers, and brown sauce.

Smoked Salmon Salad

A colorful plate of mixed fresh lettuce - romaine, buttherhead, green and red coral tossed with cherry tomatoes and olives, my favorite! Artfully sprinkled with grated Parmesan, croutons, and four mini rolls of smoked salmon.
