Nutella Pizza (Diana Henry)

Nutella Pizza (Diana Henry)

I make this Nutella Pizza for IHCC's latest theme of the week - Suitable For The Screen. When I think of good snack/food to enjoy with a good movie in my couch, pizza is a staple! My hubby loves pizza and Nutella. So, Diana Henry's recipe fits the bill perfectly. :)

By the way, this recipe is not toddler-friendly, especially if they are under 4 years old. Even for adults, we eat sparingly. In fact, this is the first Nutella jar that I bought in my life. I bought the smallest jar - 200g. Lol.

Recipe adapted from here.

Ingredients:
(Serves 2)

2 ready-made frozen thin crust pizza dough, thawed
1/2 cup Nutella, room temperature

How to:

1. Preheat oven to its highest setting and put two large flat trays inside to heat up. Transfer pizza dough to the hot trays and place in the hot oven for 7-8 minutes until the tops begin to brown a little bit.

2. Remove from the oven and spread Nutella over the bottom piece. Cover with the remaining piece. Return to the oven for another 7-8 minutes. Let the pizza cool down before slicing. Serve warm.

Spread Nutella generously.

Do you want a slice? :)

Close-ups.

I'm linking this post with I Heart Cooking Clubs (IHCC) for this week's theme, Suitable For The Screen.

  4. Mmm... This looks fabulous. Nutella is indulgent but oh so good. (When you get to the almost bottom of the jar, put hot milk or almond or coconut milk in it, shake it up and it makes a really yummy cup of hot cocoa.) ;-)
