Pak John Steamboat & BBQ Buffet Restaurant at IOI City Mall Putrajaya

When you don't want to decide what to eat for lunch and dinner...

When you don't know which restaurant to go to...

When you have three boys to feed (including your husband hahaha)...

When you want to eat a good variety of meat and vegetables...

When you want to eat steamboat and BBQ at the same time...
.
.
.
Tell you what, just go to Pak John Steamboat & BBQ Buffet Restaurant at IOI City Mall Putrajaya lah!

There are five types of steamboat soup base - chicken, prawn, miso, tom yam, curry.

Chicken and miso are great for kids. Prawn is great too if no one in the family has shellfish allergy. I personally avoid spicy soup base but if you want to fire up your taste buds, go ahead with tom yam and curry.

I quite like the idea of doing steamboat and BBQ at the same time. So there's soup in the steamboat bottom base where you can throw in an assortment of seafood, vegetables, mushroom, meatballs, etc, and a grill pan on top for grilling marinated meat (lamb, beef, chicken). Awesome, kan?

There is also a spread of cooked finger food such as fried bee hoon, fried rice, chicken nuggets, cocktail sausages, fries, etc. So while waiting for the steamboat and BBQ food to be ready, the kids can have finger food first. You do know children don't like to wait for their food, right?

And of course, a bowl of my favorite ice kacang dessert for a sweet ending! Or, maybe two. There are waffles too. And free flow beverages!

In summary, I find that dining at Pak John is all about let's eat and be merry! Free flow of food and beverages, good food, good times with family and friends!

Check out more photos and video on my Facebook album below. Let them tell you how dining at Pak John will be like.

Thanks to The Butterfly Project for organizing this gathering for family and friends! Thanks Sebrinah for the invite!
