This looks easy enough to make. :D The hard part is to find a blender.

California Raisin Mango Lassi

1/2 cup California Raisins
2 Harum Manis Mangoes, peeled and cubed
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup ice
125g sugar
2 screw pine leaves
1 cup water
2g mixed spice (cinnamon, cardamom, clove and star anise)

- To make syrup, boil sugar with water.
- Add screw pine leaves (knotted) and mixed spice.
- Simmer for 10 minutes. Cool.
- Combine California Raisins, mangoes, plain yogurt, ice, syrup and spices in a blender.
- Blend until well mixed. Serve cold as refreshment.
