Wrecked (2010) is a thriller movie about a man trapped in a car wreck at the bottom of a ravine and how he must overcome incredible odds to survive.
Synopsis from IMDb: A man (Adrien Brody) awakens in a mangled car-wreck at the bottom of a steep cliff. Injured and trapped inside, with no memory of how he got there or who he is, he must rely on his most primal instincts to survive. But as he attempts to free himself from the carnage and escape an impossible situation, a darker side is revealed. Even if he manages to survive, the man may have to face the horrible consequences of an earlier, forgotten life.
This is a low-budget, one-man show kind of movie with an extreme lack of dialogue. Adrien Brody does pretty good in showing how painful, lonely, and scary it is to be trapped without help. Apart from his painful ouch-es and loads of non-stop cursing, this movie depends heavily on flashbacks and camera angles. The way the audience can guess the flow of the movie is by following the little clues that the story drops.
However, the running time is too long for a plot that amounts to nothing, lack of dialogue, and lack of suspense.
Anyway, if you want to watch a movie that's almost dialogue-less most of the time, you might want to watch this one.
