ReplyDeleteHehehe. Yeah, so much red meat - pork, beef, mutton, chicken, turkey, sausages, bacon, meatloaf. This week gotta double up on vegetables intake. :D
ReplyDeleteI have to cut down on my meat intake too now. I am on a strict diet plan...want to get rid of my obese status by mid next year. My new years resolution :D
