Nokia's World's Biggest Angry Birds Playground

Nokia's World's Biggest Angry Birds Playground was held at Boulevard Strip, Low Yat Plaza on 11 June 2011 from 11AM till 9PM. People flocked to the event even before it started. By the time David and I reached around 12noon, we had to squeeze our way through the crowd. But it was FUN!

There were loads of activities and we joined the record breaking attempt to smash the Guinness World Records™ for the Most People Playing in a Mobile Phone Game Relay!

According to Nokia Malaysia's official Facebook page, the record was achieved by 2030 people! Here's the official statement: "Hey everybody! Its official! 2030 people is the new worlds record for the most people in a mobile phone game relay! Thanks to everyone who came and supported us and most important took part! =)"

David was the 134th participant and I was 135th. Yay!

This red bird looked like he wouldn't give two hoots because he was stopped by people to be taken photos every single minute. :P

This yellow bird was quite "volatile". He squawked cheekily at everyone who were in his way.

A guy was working on the Angry Birds graffiti around 2PM.

Another guy was working on the pigs graffiti. Wow, these green pigs looked so evil.

Finally, before we left the playground, we took a photo with the Angry Birds cardboard standees.
