Very simple! Buy vegetables that you fancy. For me, they're broccoli (cut to bite-size chunks), sweet peas, carrots (sliced), Chinese cabbage (cut to bite-size chunks), and mushrooms (soaked and sliced).
Begin with stir-frying ginger pieces and garlic (chopped extra fine because I can't stand biting into them) till fragrant (not burnt). Add in all vegetables (Chinese cabbage will be the last to go in), add water and let them simmer for a little while (not too long or else all nutrients are gone).
Add abalone sauce and starch mixed with water, end with a dash of Shaoxing wine.
Eat!
oOOo very healthy!
