Pan Mee @ JoJo Little Kitchen, SS15, Subang Jaya

I've been to Super Kitchen's "Chilly" Pan Mee @ Chow Yang, SS2 a few times. This restaurant sells pan mees that are reported to be among the best in town.

Well, this time round, I went to this restaurant called JoJo Little Kitchen at Jalan SS15/40, Subang Jaya, which is also famous for its variety of pan mees.

It's very near Inti College & Starbucks in Subang Jaya. Search for the block of shoplots that faces the main road and with Guardian Pharmacy as the landmark. JoJo Little Kitchen is located on the same row.

Here's the restaurant.

Chilli Pan Mee / Lat Jiu Pan Mee
Look at that gooey egg yolk. If you love to set your tastebuds on fire, add more chilli flakes please. :P By the way, you can choose either coarse or fine noodles. The noodles shown in the photos above and below are the fine type.

Mix everything well before eating. Make sure every strand of your pan mee is coated with egg yolk, minced meat, spinach, ikan bilis, and most importantly, chilli flakes! Superb!

Herbal Chicken Pan Mee
Excellent portion of chunks of chicken meat, Chinese herbs, spinach and noodles in flavorful herbal soup! A generous amount of ginger slices adds ummph to this excellent dish! I tried my very best to finish this monster bowl of goodness! :D

Triple Colored Coffee
I can't remember what exactly are the 3 layers. They should be coffee, milk, sweetener (I guess it's brown sugar or gula melaka).

Oh yeah, that's David, my boyfriend. Say hello if you want to. :)

  2. Dear David,

    I don't think he's a moron. He's just eccentric in a fun way. ;)

    Oh ya, it's pandan. Oops.

    XD

  3. Found the shop! and sounds really promising. Thanks for the recommendation.

Will try to go there today or Friday. Think I will most definitely be going there a few trips to try the dishes for myself :)

  6. Today I went to this outlet to try Pan Mee with my family. Soup base noodle is nice and soft enough but the dry noodle we orders are so hard like plastic hard to swallow. I told the cashier the dry noodle very hard. His response is question me back "Did you taste the flour?" I said I don't know as the black source taste is so heavy. He said the noodle is COOKED if can taste the flour. If we want softer noodle next time is our duty as customer to inform the waiter during order to make it softer. Well! This kind of attitude not only chase away customers but also will not improve the quality of noodle. I hope the management will genuine look at the problem!
