Greek Yogurt with Honey

In case you missed, I'm hosting a month-long cooking-baking-blog-hopping event called Little Thumbs Up this month. All you need to do is to cook or bake any recipe using honey. Then, you link your blog posts in the linky tool on this blog post: Little Thumbs Up March 2016: Honey. :)

This round, I compile my breakfast bowls featuring Greek yogurt and honey (with and without nuts). This is a simple Greek recipe known as Yiaourti Me Meli – Greek yogurt, honey, and nuts.

Do have fun creating your own combinations with different kind of nuts and toppings!

(Serves 1) 

1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons honey, plus more for drizzling
1/4 cup or more favorite toppings (e.g. granola, mixed fruits & nuts, fresh fruits, frozen fruits)
How to:

Place yogurt in a bowl and mix with honey until well combined. Top with your favorite toppings. Drizzle with more honey. Serve immediately.
