I love debate!

Yep! That's true.

Let me start from somewhere else. These two days, I don't put much effort into blogging. Well... It's partly because of work and partly because of Forensic Heroes II. ^^V

Anyway, I was thinking about what to blog concerning debating when I remembered this incident. In summary, I'll NEVER EVER go to that Chinese shop again for lunch even if all other shops are closed. The attitude of those who serve drinks are worse that bastards. They don't know what does it mean by respecting customers. It is absolutely MY RIGHT not to order drinks when I step into that shop. Who the hell are you to make that kind of face and said, "Ini mesti tak panggil minum."
Within me, some kind of anonymous anger arose and I was really, really pissed off. It's 1:20pm, I was hungry, the shop was packed like dunno what, I haven't even got a place to sit, and you talked like that to me while I was standing. You really cari mati wey...

(Thinking loudly) So what? Your drinks are expensive and lousy, why would I want to order? If I were to order, I'd order the MOST EXPENSIVE drink in your filthy shop. Understand?

(Actual action) I raised my voice and said, "Belum duduk lagi. Lepas duduk, saya panggil-LAH!" I sengaja raised my voice when I said the "-LAH" so that she could hear it. Wahlao... I've had enough headache in the office. Now I just want to have a nice lunch and you gave me more headache with your attitude. Sial!

So, this is the first round of debate, or rather argument of the day. Next time, if the gang wants to go that stupid shop for lunch again, I'll just walk over to Ayamas and tapao. I mean what I say.

Then, another round of debate was about some kind of situation that needed my so-called "expertise" in understanding girl talks. Ah well... it's more to discussion. Finally, I rounded it up with a Bible verse. There are things that I think I shouldn't say first. Let's see what the Lord is doing and what He has in His plan.

Finally, the final debate of the day - with a client. Haha... He said he loved it because debate makes people think. You think, I think. Agree! No doubt. I foresee more upcoming debates. Never mind. Let's see how technology and marketing people think. ^^

Actually, when I was in my primary and secondary school, I took part in a lot of debate & speech contests. Won some of them. Furthermore, I've been known for my quick tongue & temper, of which I'm learning to control at times. So, engaging in debates concerning topics that I can handle is not a problem at all. ^^V

What's the moral of the story? First, do not let anger ends your day. Second, debate is allowed but with proper attitude and tone. Third, don't get pissed off so easily. Brain cells die.

So, SMILE! Be happy! Be positive!

^_^
