Serves 5
Ingredients:
24 Oreo cookies, crushed
1/2 block butter (softened at room temperature)
1.5L dark chocolate or coffee ice cream, softened (room temperature)
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted, for dusting
50g walnut, chopped coarsely
How?
1. In a baking pan, mix Oreos and soft butter. Press mixture to the bottom of the pan to make a crust. Freeze for 30 minutes.
2. Spread dark chocolate or coffee ice cream over crust. Freeze until ready to eat.
3. To serve, let pie stand for 5 minutes before dusting with cocoa powder and topped with walnut.
4. Slice and serve.
