Something to chew upon nowadays...

- Take things seriously but DON'T make a big fuss out of it [Means, don't fret laa...]

- "Stress" people out, NOT the other way round [Means, stress management]

- Pick a fight ONLY when necessary, better not though [Means, if wanna fight, make sure you know how to patch things up later]

- Conversations via MSN are misleading. ASK if unsure [Means, you say GOD, people think DOG; the other way round applies as well]

- When your inner (as in mental) temperature is reaching boiling point, COOL down immediately. Don't confront others, even it's via MSN/YM/email [Means, self-control is at stake]

- When you are intimidated or in a sense you feel threatened by somebody, tell yourself you are actually MOTIVATED [Means, look at the bright side]

- Pride and self-conscious are killers [Means, humble yourself to learn from others and don't immerse in self-(fill in the blank) syndromes]

- Take GOOD lunch break [Means, no matter how busy, take time to eat]

- BOND with others [Means, you can't be a lone ranger all the time. Be a self-starter and at the same time, a team player as well]

- Long-winded is OK occasionally [Means, have to do so unless you are 100% sure that the others know what you want]

- SWEAT [Means, join badminton sessions to sweat and workout, etc. You'll feel good]

- Customers are always RIGHT [Means, clients are always right]
