Chia Pudding with Maple Glazed Plum - #breakfastseries

Chia Pudding with Maple Glazed Plum

This is a super delicious dessert. Perfect for breakfast and snack any time of the day!

(Serves 2)

For the chia pudding:
1 cup vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons chia seeds
1 teaspoon molasses sugar

For the plums:
1 tablespoon butter
2 sugar plums, diced
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
A pinch of ground cinnamon

For garnishing:
1 tablespoon crème fraîche
1 dried fig, chopped

How to:

1. For the chia pudding: Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Store covered in the fridge overnight or at least two hours.

2. For the plums: Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Sauté diced sugar plums quickly when butter melts. Add maple syrup and cinnamon and cook until the sugar plum cubes are softened.

3. To serve: Scoop maple glazed sugar plums over chia pudding. Top with a dollop of crème fraîche and chopped dried figs.
