I need fiber...

...so, I cook vegetables. I love all kind of greens, except spring onion and Chinese parsley.

Left: Stir-fried chicken (marinated in light soy sauce and Shaoxing wine) with Chinese mushroom (soaked), sweet peas and cauliflower is delicious! Add starch mixed with water to thicken its gravy and a little bit of soy sauce to taste. Salt is not added because it contributes to the increase of water retention in my body that causes unwanted plumpness, especially during those times of the month. By taking care of my salt intake, water retention will be reduced, so does PMS symptoms. Blame the salt!

Right: Chinese cabbage and xiao bai cai are also high in fiber, depends on how they are cooked. For me, I love to retain the crunchiness of the vegetables. Again, no salt but a little bit of soy sauce to taste. Anything cooked by stir-frying marinated meat in the first place will taste nice without the need to add extra salt.

Burppp!
