It's a matter of going on

Random highlights from meeting up with a few of my gal pals - 2 wives, a toddler, 4 singles (plus myself).

1) A younger guy as boyfriend / husband is acceptable. In fact, the 2 wives in this groupie has husbands younger than themselves.

2) Most girls like guys with a smart sense of humor. I can't remember other requirements apart from caring, tidy, neat, mature.

3) Most guys are picky and set rather high and almost unachievable requirements in terms of choosing spouses.

4) Guys go for looks, not personality. This is a valid point. The truth hurts.

5) Some couples met each other at YA Camp.
What a relief! Kidding. :P

The best sharing of the night: It all depends on God's timing. You'll be surprised when God reveals the one to you.

Another point of which all 4 of us singles agreed to: In our course of life, if we meet the one, cool. If doesn't, it's still fine.

Speaking of these points, a song popped in my head. Kelly Clarkson's "Already Gone" - a powerful song.

"I want you to know, it doesn't matter, where we take this road, someone's gotta go... You can't make it feel right when you know it's wrong. I'm already gone, already gone. There's no moving on, so I'm already gone."

I'm okay. I've wished you all the best in your life a long time ago when you decided to "move on". I'm already gone. I've been going on.
