Shi Quan Mee Suah with Ginseng & Fish Maw

This exquisite-sounding dish with powerful herbal infusion comes in a nifty stove-like wooden carrier. A lump of coal is still burning while the soup is served steaming hot in a claypot. Mee suah (slightly wet) is served separately in another bowl.

The ingredients in the soup include a pretty thick chunk of ginseng, kei chi (little red raisin-like Chinese herbs), Chinese mushroom, fish maw, and chicken.

According to the menu, this dish's nutritious values include reconditioning of the lungs, reducing cough, nourishing, and nutritious.


Dried Scallop Brown Rice Porridge with Huai Shan

Looks good and tastes good too! The ingredients include brown rice, minced chicken or pork, dried scallops, huai shan and kei chi (Chinese herbs).

According to the menu, this dish's nutritious values include nourishing of the spleen and lungs, regulating breathing, and relieving cough.

Black Sesame Bun

The black sesame buns come in four per set and they are hollow at the bottom. To enjoy the buns, flip them over, stuff them with the accompanying pork with mushroom and soy sauce, and enjoy!
