Pan Mee @ Ceggo Food Station, Taman Danau Desa

Today's lunch is pretty satisfying as David and I find ourselves drawn into this interesting Pan Mee restaurant called Ceggo Food Station.

Address: 15, Plaza Danau 2, Jalan 5/109F, Taman Danau Desa, KL (behind Hong Leong Bank, next to Korean Mart).

Check out Ceggo Food Station on Facebook and their website - Ceggo Pan Mee.

There are a few Herbalife containers used as chopsticks and tissue holder on each table. An interesting drink called Herbalife Tea Mix is on their drinks menu as well.

Somewhere on the wall, I spotted this enticing advertisement about "The Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon Pan Mee" (Traditional Pan Mee with a punch of Dragon Fruit, served with fresh juicy Tiger Prawns). Power! It's not served every day and their latest promotion is on this Friday, 17 September 2010, 11am-12pm and 1-2pm.

Here's the list of a variety of Pan Mee dishes at Ceggo Food Station - Special Spinach, Tomato, Pumpkin, Malat (Spicy), Traffic Light, "Loh", and Fried Sui Kau. You know what? I don't mind revisiting this restaurant again and again till I savor all of them! :P

For today's lunch, David and I opt for the not-so-regular Pan Mee dishes. I have the Pumpkin Pan Mee whereas he, the Tomato Pan Mee.

Tomato Pan Mee
Tomato Pan Mee is served with delicious tomato-ish broth with a slight tinge of sweetness and sourness. Packed with lots of vegetables, including tomatoes, carrot slices, and a few stalks of cauliflowers and broccoli, this is definitely one of the not-so-regular Pan Mee dishes that you must try!

Pumpkin Pan Mee
I love pumpkins and I'm so delighted to be served with a bowl of steaming Pan Mee swimming in a creamy broth that smells so good! Like Tomato Pan Mee, it's also packed with vegetables. However, I can't seem to find any pumpkin chunks. Perhaps the goodness of pumpkins are all in the sweet-smelling and tasty light yellow broth. I wonder if they will add pumpkin chunks if I ask for them next time.
This is also definitely one of the not-so-regular Pan Mee dishes that you must try!

Seriously,
I don't mind revisiting this restaurant again and again till I savor all of their Pan Mee dishes!

I did! Check out my second and third visit.
