Green papaya soup with ikan tenggiri (mackerel)

This is the third time I cook green papaya soup. Finally I manage to get a really GREEN, green papaya from TTDI wet market. I bought the previous two "green" papayas from a fruit seller. The papayas have orange-colored flesh instead of the supposed white flesh. This time I buy the green papaya from a vegetable seller instead.

Previous soups:

Ingredients: A small green papaya (chopped into cubes), a handful of dried red dates (soaked for 15 minutes), a few slices of ginger, 1 block of ikan tenggiri (mackerel)

I put all ingredients into a liter of water and cook in the slow cooker for about two hours.

Ready to serve. Here's to more milk!
