Terengganu's Local Delicacies (Again)

Why did I give this post this title? Because every time I visited Terengganu, I'll be eating non-stop. :)

Ayam Pacok
 
These are chicken skewers in banana leaves. Each
skewer has three to four chunks of bite-sized chicken cooked with herbs and spices.

 Nasi Minyak
 
If you're in Terengganu, you have to try the infamous Nasi Minyak, even the locals love having them for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The distinctive characteristic about Nasi Minyak is the colorful rice grains. Nasi Minyak is usually served with chicken or beef curry and acar sayur.



Nasi Dagang

Nasi Dagang is equally delicious. It's served with sweetish fish curry and acar sayur. The fluffy white rice is cooked in coconut milk, thus giving it a delightful fragrant taste.
